Police Seize Smuggled Goods Worth Over One Lakh in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: Law enforcement authorities have intercepted smuggled goods worth over one lakh rupees in Kanchanpur.

A variety of items, including milk powder, oil, tobacco, Pepsi, salai, biscuits, brushes, bindi, tea leaves, sweetmeat, peas, plastic products, coconut, suit, and lehenga, with a total value of one hundred thousand two thousand and 170 rupees, were discovered abandoned in Bhimdatta Municipality-6.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Dangi, serving as the spokesperson, stated that the confiscated goods have been handed over to the Customs Office for further investigation and appropriate action.
