Teenager Fatally Crushed by Tree in Baitadi

Baitadi: Tragedy struck as a teenager lost his life after being crushed by a tree in Baitadi.

Nineteen-year-old Prakash Pandey, hailing from Patan Municipality-5 Attola, met his untimely demise on Friday while cutting down a salla tree.

Pandey sustained severe injuries when the tree collapsed while he was in the process of cutting it in the forest near his residence. Despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at Patan Primary Health Center, as confirmed by the District Police Office in Baitadi.
