The state government has allocated Rs 10 million for the construction of Achhami Rawal's temple

Dhangadhi: The Far-Western Provincial Government has allocated Rs 10 million for the construction of infrastructure in the temple of the deities of the Rawals of Achham. The state government has brought the scheme in the budget of the coming fiscal year 2078/07.

5 million for the construction of infrastructure at the Jalwa Devi Temple in Banali, Jayagarh-5, Sugali of Achham and for those who have migrated to Kailali from there, block no. A budget of Rs 5 million and Rs 10 million has been allocated for the construction of infrastructure at the Jalwa Devi Temple located at 5.

According to Nigendra Rawal, chairman of the Jalwa Devi Temple Management Committee in Tikapur, the Jalwa Devi is the temple of the Achhami Rawals. "Jalwa Devi is mainly the deity of Rawal," he said, "but Dhungana and Saund, who live in Tikapur, have also been considered deities."

The Far-Western Provincial Government has allocated more than Rs. 190 million for the construction of community and caste-specific temples in the budget of the coming Fiscal Year 2078/07.

Most of the temples mentioned in the red book of the state government are temples of deities worshiped by 2/4 families. Budget has also been allocated for the temple of the state's economic affairs and planning minister Prakash Bahadur Shah.

An allocation of Rs 10 million has been made for the construction of Julekh temple in Chhededeh village municipality-4 of Khaptad of Bajura district. The Julekh temple is the temple of the deity(Kul devta) of Minister Shah.
