Two arrested for smuggling timber in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: Kanchanpur Police have arrested two men with Illegal timber.

Mahan Jagri, 28, and Rajendra Singh, 19, of Bhim Dutta Municipality-7, Haldukhal have been arrested for possessing 12 pieces of Sal timber, police said.

A spokesperson of Kanchanpur Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police Amar Bahadur Thapa Chhetri said that the two were arrested for necessary action to be taken while the timber has been taken to the Division Forest Office.
