Prime Minister Prachanda's Wife Passes Away, Mourned by Nation

Kathmandu: Sorrow envelops Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda's household as his beloved wife, Sita Dahal, passed away this morning at Norvic Hospital. Sita Dahal, who had been battling Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a complex ailment resembling Parkinson's disease, experienced a sudden cardiac arrest. Promptly recognizing the severity of her condition, she was rushed to the hospital at 8 am.

Upon arrival, the medical team swiftly initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and employed other emergency measures. Regrettably, despite their concerted efforts, her condition did not ameliorate. Subsequently, during a press conference, held at 8:33 a.m., the hospital officials sadly confirmed her demise. Accompanying his wife in her final moments, Prime Minister Prachanda arrived at Narvik Hospital, where numerous eminent personalities and party members have also gathered to extend their support.
