Leaders and activist demand addition human resource for vote counting in Kailali-4
Dhangadhi: Leaders and activists have expressed their anguish over the slow pace of counting of votes in most constituencies of Kailali. The counting of votes for the state and representative assembly elections held on Sunday for Kailali-4 has started on Monday Kailali-4 and on Tuesday on Kailali-5. Leaders and workers have expressed their anger about the speed of counting votes in Kailali-4.
Local leader Balakrishna Bista said that since the counting of votes in Kailali-4 is slow, the speed should be increased by arranging more staff. "If the counting of votes is to be done at this speed, it seems that it will take another week to get your representative."
Only 64 thousand 1 hundred and 58 votes have been cast in Kailali-4, which has a total of 1 lakh 10 thousand 453 voters. At this rate, even 20,000 votes will not be counted in the next two days. They have requested to speed up the counting of votes. Another local leader, Hariprasad Tiwari, said that the calculation in other places is fast but the speed of Kailali-4 is extremely slow.
