Temporary polling stations at eight places in Kailali
Dhangadhi: Temporary polling stations have been arranged at eight different places for the temporary voters of Kailali district in the upcoming House of Representatives and State Assembly elections to be held on November 20th (Mangshir 4th).
Kailali of the State Election Office said that the sub-metropolitan office building of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-1, the district jail building in Dhangadhi, the Vanadevi temple of Godavari municipality-2 and the Mahadev temple complex of ward no. 4 have been designated as temporary polling stations.
Similarly, temporary polling centers have been assigned to the twelve forest partnership forest management offices of Gauriganga Municipality-6, Badaipur Ward Office of Ward No. 8, Ward Office of Lamkichuha Municipality-3 and City Hall of Tikapur Municipality-1.
It has been arranged that the military, police, non-voting employees and prison inmates who are temporary voters can only vote in the proportional election system of the House of Representatives. The number of these voters in the district is 4,776. Permanent voters are 535 thousand 514.
