10 gamblers arrested with 88,000 cash in Kailali

Dhangadhi: 10 gamblers have been arrested from Ghodaghodi Municipality-2 Sadepani market in Kailali. They were arrested on the basis of information that they were gambling in a hotel in Sadepani market on Monday night.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Lakshman Bahadur Shahi, Head of Area Police Office Sukhad, said that Rs. 88,000 cash and 6 motorcycles were recovered during the search. The arrested are said to be from Sadepani, Bauniya, Lamki and Bardia. The police have informed that the deadline has been extended and the investigation is ongoing.
