Broken breathalyzers being used by the traffic police

The breathalyzer being used in the remote places in Sudurpaschim have still not been fixed. The broken breathalyzers are still being used by the police. The system of using the breathalyzer was started in Sudurpaschim six years back. This also causes problems for the police, as they are unable to do their jobs properly.
