Dhangadhi: SEE Results Announced
Dhangadhi – The National Examination Board, Office of Examination Control, Secondary Education Examination Board has announced the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) today.
The results have revealed a concerning statistic for the Far West region, with a significant number of students failing the examination. Out of the 53,446 students who participated in the SEE from the Far West, a staggering 36,410 students did not pass.
This means only 17,037 candidates successfully cleared the examination. The pass rate for the Far West province stands at a mere 31.87%. Nationally, the SEE results show that only 47.86% of the total students who took part in the examination managed to pass.
This national figure reflects a broader issue within the education system, but the Far West province's results are particularly alarming. Specifically, 68% of the students from this region received a non-grade in the examination.
This data indicates that 15% of the regular examinees from the Far West province failed to achieve a passing grade, a troubling statistic that underscores the need for urgent educational reforms and support for students in this area.
The National Examination Board has called for immediate attention to these results, suggesting that further investigation and measures are necessary to address the educational disparities and improve the overall academic performance of students in the Far West region.
