2 people injured in monkey attack in Baitadi

Dhangadhi: 2 people were injured after being attacked by monkeys in Baitadi. 28-year-old Jhapu Joshi and her 11-year-old son Laxman Joshi of Purarchaudi Municipality-8 Lamuni Toll were injured after being attacked by monkeys.

Locals said that the monkeys started to attack them after the mother-son pair were trying to chase them away from their cornfield. They are being treated at the Hat health post.
