Paddy farmers unable to reach their breakeven

The Government fixes a subsidized rate in order to buy paddy and passes the baton to the business class in order to sell it.  The government is subsidizing the product but not giving subsidies to the farmers in return. So, this is stirring problems for the farmers as they are not making any profits in these transactions.
