Hulaki road project on hold since the past seven months

Rashtriya Gaurav Yojna connecting Kailali and Kanchanpur, Hulaki national highway project of six kilometers has been on hold since the past seven months. The road is suppose to start from campus road to Bhansar. Its been nine years since the project started. The progress made in this project is of a mere 30%.
