Seti Provincial Hospital reported 56 new cases of Coronavirus

Dhangadhi: An additional 56 people tested positive for Coronavirus in Seti Provincial Hospital on Thursday.

On Thursday, 467 samples were examined at the hospital and another 56 were confirmed infected, said Dilip Kumar Shrestha, information officer at the hospital. Of them, 29 are from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan including 15 men and 14 women while 14 people are from Kailali and 13 from other districts.

Two people were discharged from the hospital on Thursday and 10 new patients were admitted. At present, 52 infected people are being treated at the hospital. Information Officer Shrestha said that 13 people are being treated in the ICU, 3 on ventilators and 36 on oxygen support.
