Authorities Seize Illegal Chickens from Kailali and Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: Recent operations have led to the confiscation of illegal chickens from Kailali and Kanchanpur districts.

In Bhajani Municipality of Kailali-7, specifically from Dakshinpura, authorities seized 35 kilograms of boiler chicken with an estimated value of 8,400 rupees. The chickens, abandoned in the area, were discovered by a Prahar team on Friday afternoon and subsequently taken into custody.

Similarly, in Kanchanpur's Resettlement Municipality-6 N village, officials intercepted 50 kilograms of boiler chicken valued at 15,000 rupees. This afternoon, police discovered the neglected chickens and promptly took them into custody. All confiscated boiler chickens have been disposed of in accordance with legal protocols.
