Journalist Unnati Chaudhary honored with rotary journal award

Dhangadhi: Journalist Unnati Chaudhary, actively engaged in journalism from Kailali, has been awarded the Rotary Journal Award.

Chaudhary is among seven individuals recognized with the Rotary Journal Award 2024–2025, presented by Rotary Journal International District 3292 Nepal-Bhutan.

She has been acknowledged for her contributions in the field of mental and child health. Other award recipients include journalist Anita Bhetwal for investigative journalism, Kalpana Acharya for health journalism, Sagar Pariyar for work in sanitation and drinking water, Narayan Kilambu and Pawan Barsha Shah for contributions to basic education and literacy, and independent photojournalist Bikash Rauniyar.

Each award carries a cash prize of Rs 51,000.
