Celebration Marks the 17th Anniversary of Armed Police Force, Nepal No. 34 Gan Headquarters in Kailali

Dhangadhi: The 17th anniversary of Armed Police Force, Nepal No. 34 Gan Headquarters in Kailali was commemorated with a ceremony on Saturday, marking a significant milestone for the force.

Deputy Inspector General Kumar Neupane, Commander of Armed Police Force, Nepal No. 7 Vaidyanath Bahini, graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Ganpati Ramhari Adhikari presided over the program. The event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests including Thekendra Raj Joshi, Chief Attorney of Sudurpaschim Province, Dharmendra Kumar Mishra, Chief District Officer, and Devendra Bahadur Pal, Superintendent of Armed Police and Kailali District Police Chief.

The establishment of Armed Police Force Nepal No. 34 Gan Headquarters in Dhangadhi was a pivotal decision made by the government on the 16th of Karthik, 2064 BS. The formal inauguration took place on Magh 13, 2064 BS, and this anniversary has now become an annual celebration. The ceremony included the distribution of prizes to winners in various sports categories and recognition for policemen who demonstrated exceptional dedication and service within the organization.

The celebration was not only a reflection on the achievements of the past 17 years but also a testament to the commitment and contributions of the Armed Police Force, Nepal No. 34 Gan Headquarters in Kailali.
