Seven Individuals Apprehended in Kanchanpur for Illegal Gambling

Kanchanpur: Law enforcement authorities in Kanchanpur have apprehended seven individuals engaged in illicit gambling activities.

The operation unfolded at Raju Chaudhary's breakfast shop in Fagatpur, Belauri Municipality-7 of the district, where the suspects, including an individual named Chaudhary, were found participating in gambling. The arrests were carried out on Tuesday morning in the vicinity of Juwakhal.

The diligent police team dispatched from the local area police office in Belauri not only apprehended the alleged gamblers but also seized a substantial sum of 11,580 rupees in cash and a book containing additional evidence related to their activities.
