Arrest Made in Attariya: Individual Apprehended in Possession of Illegal Substances

Dhangadhi: In a significant development, law enforcement authorities have successfully apprehended an individual in possession of illicit drugs in Attariya, Kailali.

The suspect, hailing from Navadurga Rural Municipality-2 in Bedpani of Dadeldhura, was taken into custody at Attariya Bus Park. The arrested individual, identified as Nirajan Bista, 29 years of age, currently residing on rent in Godavari Municipality-2 Teghri, has been found with illegal substances, as confirmed by the local police office in Malakheti.

Acting upon credible information, authorities conducted the apprehension resulting in the confiscation of approximately two grams and 586 milligrams of illicit drugs from Bista's possession. This event transpired on Wednesday and reflects the vigilant efforts of the police in combatting drug-related offenses within the region.
