Collision Near Chaumala in Kailali Leaves Nine Injured

Dhangadhi: A vehicular collision occurred near Chaumala in the Kailali district, precisely at Gopka situated within Gauriganga Municipality Ward No. 1.

The incident involved a collision between a Hwinger bearing the registration number 1 J 1321, driven by 39-year-old Sokan Rana from Belauri in Kanchanpur, and a tipper with the registration number SE 1 K 626, driven by 24-year-old Tej Bahadur Budhathoki from Chure Rural Municipality Ward No. 6.

The impact of the collision resulted in injuries sustained by nine individuals. The injured have been promptly transported to Chaumala Polyclinic in Badimali for medical attention. Additionally, the drivers of the involved vehicles, Sokan Rana and Tej Bahadur Budhathoki, have been apprehended by the local authorities at the Area Police Office, Chaumala. The circumstances surrounding the collision are under investigation.

As local law enforcement continues their efforts to ascertain the details of the incident, the injured are receiving necessary medical care at the Chaumala Polyclinic.
