Two Fugitive Accused in Drug Case Apprehended in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: Law enforcement authorities successfully apprehended two fugitive individuals who were wanted in connection to a drug-related case in Kanchanpur.

The suspects have been identified as 30-year-old Suresh Nepali, a resident of Vedkot Municipality-5 Dharampur within the district, and 30-year-old Santosh Bista, hailing from Ward No. 6 Versuwa Tole.

Following the verdict issued by the District Court Kanchanpur on Chait 23, 2078, both absconding defendants were levied a fine of NPR 5,000 each and were sentenced to 4 years, 9 months, and 13 days of imprisonment for their involvement in the drug-related offense.
