Woman dies after childbirth

Twenty two year old Rekha Thapa who was in her postpartum stage, died in Seti Zonal Hospital due to negligence and incompetence of the hospital. She was an inhabitant of Dhangadhi municipality, Ward no. 12, Jugeda and was admitted in the hospital a few days back. Due to complications she was unable to deliver the baby normally. Her husbands informed that her stomach was swelling and she complained of pain before taking her last breath.
