Pregnant woman rescued by army helicopter in Baitadi

Baitadi: A pregnant woman has been rescued with a helicopter in Baitadi. 20-year-old Bindu Dhami of Sigas Rural Municipality-6 Thala of the district was rescued by an army helicopter.

It is said that she was taken to Nepalgunj from Thalakada around 11 am on Monday. Dhami, who reached the local health post on Sunday, was taken to Nepalgunj after she could not give birth, Health Office Baitadi said.
