Former head of Purachaudi Multipurpose Campus has been sent to jail in Baitadi

Dhangadhi: Rajendra Singh Negi, head of Purachaudi Multipurpose Campus, accused of rape in Baitadi, has been sent to jail. Baitadi district court has ordered Negi to be jailed for the interim.

According to court sources, a woman living in Kailali and working in Purchaundi was said she was raped by Negi . Negi has been accused of raping a woman on the pretext of asking her for water on July 4th (Asar 20). The case of rape was registered against Negi at the local police office, Patan, based on the woman's complaint.

After the accusation, Negi himself went to the district police office in July. Campus head Negi had resigned from the post on July 11th (Asar 27) after the allegations.
