4 thousand 80 voters were added to Achham

Dhangadhi: 4 thousand 80 voters have been added in Achham for the elections of the House of Representatives and the State Assembly scheduled on November 20th. According to the District Election Office Achham, a total of 4,080 people, including 2,270 men and 1,810 women, have registered their names in the voter list in Achham, which started from June.

According to Gajendra Prakash Tharu, Information Officer of the District Election Office, after the local level elections, people gathered in the district to register the voter list. On August 6th, after the government announced the date of the state and House of Representatives elections on November 20th, the voter list collection process has been stopped since August 5th.

According to him, the total number of voters has reached 160,360 with 82,251 women, 78,177 men and 2 others. According to Election Office Achham, there are 130 polling stations and 27 polling stations in the district.
