Prohibition order extended in 8 districts of Far-West

Dhangadhi: The ongoing prohibatory order has been extended in eight districts of the Far-Western states. The prohibatory order had been issued for the prevention and control of Coronavirus. However, recently the prohibatory order was extended with eased restrictions in various districts.

The prohibatory order has been extended in Doti till July 4th, Achham till July 5th, Baitadi till July 15th, Dadeldhura till July 9th and Kanchanpur till July 5th. Similarly, the prohibatory order will remain in force in Darchula till July 4 and in Kailali till July 6. Bajura, on the other hand, issued a prohibatory order until further notice.

The Home Ministry has stated that there is no prohibatory order imposed in the Bajhang district. Even the district where the injunction has been issued, trade, business and public transport have been permitted to operate following public health standards and the odd/even rule. However, meetings, conferences halls and other crowded areas have been banned from operation.
