Person arrested at the airport after he defecated 1 kg is gold

Kathmandu: Police have arrested an Indian citizen with one kilo of gold from Tribhuvan International Airport. The arrested person is Rahul Remanan, 31 years old, bearing Indian passport number B1122890.

He was arrested by the airport security office at the arrival gate on Saturday, according to the central news room of the police headquarters. He came to Kathmandu from Dubai on a Fly Dubai flight. After Rahul's activities were suspicious, he was taken into custody and an X-ray was taken at Kathmandu Medical College.

According to the police, when they took him to the police station and asked to defecated, four cylindrical gold packages were found in his stool. Police said further investigation has been started.
