CPN (Majority) warning to take action against member secretary of Sudurpaschim Sports Council
Dhangadhi: The Communist Party of Nepal (Majority) has warned of taking action against Deepak Singh (Virendra), Member Secretary of Far West Sports Council. On Wednesday, the party's Kailali District People's Court Justice and Law Department issued a statement and warned of action.
The statement signed by Avinash, the head of the department, said, "We inform you that the detailed study and investigation of your actions is ongoing. You are kindly requested to appear in our office with necessary documentary evidence within 25 days except the date of delivery of the letter received by you regarding the following written matters. Otherwise, public action will be taken according to the laws, rules and regulations of the Department of Justice and Law."
This are the reasons
- In the office of that council, the structure of the organization contrary to the law, rules and laws was arbitrarily appointed by the commission without competition.
- Conducted various sports competitions without standards, contrary to operational guidelines, on the basis of a large commission
- The attendance records of the employees in that office have also disappeared
-Fapla playground Dhangadhi Kailali in 2078/2079 without prior feasibility study, misusing the resources, proceeding with the procurement process against the law.
- By renting a house with more rooms than needed for the office and renting out the rooms in the same house to others, without depositing the money in the office account, embezzled and misused it.
- The chairpersons of the sports development committee of all 9 districts were deprived of their rights and interfered with the political cover of the district sports development committee illegally.
- Appointed employees, office assistants without notice, without competition in the office of Sudurpaschim Sports Council
- In the Mahendranagar Sports Ground, again at the same place for the construction of a covered hall of the same nature, the DPR was made to be constructed at the expense of the commission.
