Government car coming to Dhangadhi crashed at Doti

Dhangadhi: A vehicle belonging to Bogtan Phudsil Rural Municipality was in a accident at Ruvas Kanda in Jorayal Rural Municipality of Doti. On Friday morning, the accident occurred in the Jeep No. 2 Jh 3873, which was being driven by a ward president and vice president of Bogtan Phudsil Rural Municipality.

According to the police, the accident took place when the municiplity jeep coming towards Dhangadhi collided with another jeep carrying chickens coming from the opposite direction. It is said that there were no casualties in the accident, but the vehicles were damaged.

A ward president and traders were riding
Kamal Bahadur Gadsila, Chairman of Bogtan Phudsil Rural Municipality is in Kathmandu. He claimed that he was in Kathmandu and had no information about the accident. He said"I don't know. Don't ask me,".

Similarly, Vishnadevi Deuba, the vice president of the rural municipality, also said that she only knew that the vehicle was taken by a ward president. However, the chief administrative officer of the same municipality, Bharat Bahadur Chand, informed that the driver of the vehicle was recently changed and the vehicle was taken from the municipal office yesterday, and the accident occurred today. Yesterday, Chandrabhan Sunar, chairman of Bogtan Phudsil rural municipality ward number 7, took the jeep and headed towards Dhangadhi.

According to sources, President Gadsila removed the old drivers and appointed his relative Dev Bahadur Gadsila as the new driver recently. The accident happened less than a week after he started driiving the vehicle (Jeep). The municipality chairman, relatives of the ward chairman and businessmen were also riding in that jeep. Ward president Sunar said after repairing the car, they are coming to Dhangadhi.
