A rescue helicopter lands in Dhangadhi to rescue five people stranded in Mahakali

Dhangadhi: A helicopter from Surkhet has landed at Dhangadhi to rescue five people trapped in Bhimdatta Municipality-9 Museti of Kanchanpur. It landed in Dhangadhi as it could not reach the flood-hit area due to bad weather.

Army's Surkhet Command General Prem Shahi said that the helicopter that flew from Surkhet could not reach Kanchanpur due to bad weather. Helicopters are also preparing to rescue two people stranded at Mohanyal in Kailali. But due to bad weather, the helicopter could not take off for Mohanyal.
