Dr.Acharya explains ''Why the MCC should not be implemented''.

Dhangadhi: The pros and cons of the US Assistance Mission Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) have been debated for a long time.

There are some misconceptions in both debates. Such as; It is a lie and an illusion that the US military and missiles will come as soon as the MCC is signed. There is talk of intellectual property rights. There is confusion about intellectual property rights.
