Tilak Bahadur Singh appointed as the President of Advance Writers Association, Kailali

Tilak Bahadur Singh has been selected as the President of Advance Writer’s Association, Kailali. Along with him, Laxmi Prasad Rizal was appointed as the Vice-President, Vikas Thapa as the Secretary, Phalguna Dahal as the Assistant Secretary and Chakra Chanara as the Treasurer.
