Three severely injured in a clash in Tikapur
A clash took place between the youths of Tikapur Municipality Ward No. 6 and 9 on Saturday evening. Three people have been injured in the clash between two groups in Tikapur. The injured have been referred to Nepalgunj for treatment. According to Inspector Hikmat Thapa of the District Police Office, Kailali, Three people were severely injured by a sharp object.
17-year-old Dinesh Saund, of Ward No. 6, 19-year-old Suraj Chaudhary and 17-year-old Bhuvan Saund of Ward No. 9 were injured, said Inspector Thapa.
Overall, Five people were injured in the clash. Police said that a sharp weapon was used during the clash but could not be recovered. Police arrested Rawan Saund and Lokendra Kadayat of Ward no. 6 on Saturday. They gave a statement to the police stating that they were in a group of 10.
