Woman gang raped in quarantine: PM inquires about the incident

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed concerns over the incident of rape in Kailali's quarantine. In the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday evening, he gathered details of the case from Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa.
Prime Minister Oli said the incident of gang rape by a volunteer in Quarantine is a sad and serious matter. He inquired about the absence of security personnel in the quarantine and the accused. Home Minister Thapa informed that the accused had been arrested and the incident was being investigated. Prime Minister Oli also instructed the Home Minister to strengthen the security arrangements in quarantines across the country.
