Three arrested with drugs in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: Three individuals have been arrested with drugs in Kanchanpur.

Dinesh Bam (20) of Bhimdatta Municipality-11, Gaddachauki, a resident of Bedkot Municipality-8, Amthala, and an 18-year-old teenager from Gail Nadi were apprehended while crossing on foot from India to Nepal. A joint police team from the Nepal Province Police Office Mahendranagar, District Police Office Kanchanpur, and the Narcotics Control Bureau Branch Mahendranagar discovered 4 grams and 21 milligrams of brown heroin in their possession and took them into custody.

Similarly, Mahesh Dagoura (27) of Bhimdatta Municipality-17, Majhagaun, and Bedkot Municipality-5, Dharampur, was arrested by a police team deployed from Temporary Police Bit Majhagaun with 1.23 grams of brown heroin.
