Nisarga hospital contributes Rs 5 lakh to Drishti foundation’s revolving fund

Dhangadhi: Demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility, Nisarga Hospital Dhangadhi has donated Rs 5 lakh to support the establishment of a revolving fund for Drishti Foundation Nepal.
The cheque was handed over to Kalpana Bhatta, Chairperson of the Foundation, during a program held at the Drishti Foundation Nepal office in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-13.

Present at the event were Nisarga Hospital Chairperson and youth social worker Tirtharaj Pant, along with Dr. Hemanta Ojha, Dr. Deepak Thakurathi, Dr. Prabhat Sapkota, Dr. Deepak Poudel, hospital employees, nursing staff, and other officials.

Speaking at the event, Chairperson Pant highlighted that the hospital has been providing free and heavily subsidized treatment to destitute individuals sheltered at Drishti Foundation since the organization's inception. “Nisarga Hospital has always prioritized the helpless, poor, and marginalized communities,” Pant said. “Our shareholders, doctors, staff, and management have all voluntarily contributed to this initiative, setting a positive example.”
An important health agreement was also signed on the occasion between Nisarga Hospital and Drishti Foundation. Under this agreement, individuals residing at the Foundation will receive free treatment services and up to 30 percent discounts on other medical services.
Pant also noted that the hospital has previously supported organizations such as Akankara Maya Hostel and Manav Sewa Ashram in Dhangadhi and expressed a commitment to expanding partnerships with social organizations in the future.
