Woman killed, mother-in-law injured after tree falls on house in Dadeldhura

Dadeldhura: A tragic incident occurred in Dobata, Alital Rural Municipality-6 of Dadeldhura on Wednesday morning when a pine tree fell on a house, resulting in one fatality and leaving another person seriously injured.

Rabina Kami, 27, died on the spot when the tree collapsed onto her home at around 6 a.m., according to local sources. Her mother-in-law, Radha Kami, sustained serious injuries to her waist and head and is currently receiving treatment.

The house was completely destroyed in the incident. Rabina Kami is survived by a son and a daughter.

The District Police Office has launched an investigation into the incident.
