Dhangadhi, The construction of three motorized concrete bridges has been successfully completed in Dhangadhi, enhancing connectivity and infrastructure in the region.

These bridges are part of a broader initiative by the Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city to improve transportation links within the area. Completed Bridges: 1. Kailali River Bridge (Near Nast College): - Location: Connecting Ward No. 4 and Ward No. 5. - Contractor: LV & AB Builders.

- Specifications: 25 meters long and 5.5 meters wide, with a construction cost of around 4 crores. - Status: Completed ahead of schedule, with load carrying capacity verified. 2. Kailali River Bridge (Near Ward No. 13 Janata Rashtriya Mavi): - Location: In Kailali village near Ward No. 13.

- Status: Construction completed. 3. Jokhaiya Nala Bridge: - Location: In Ward No. 11. - Status: Construction completed. Ongoing Projects: Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city had initiated the construction of a total of seven RCC motorized bridges, with the contracts signed in December 2079.

While three bridges have been completed, four others are still under construction: 1. Jokaiya River Bridge: - Location: Dhangadhi-6. 2. Bhada River Bridge: - Location: Dhangadhi-16. 3. Sukuti River Bridge: - Location: Between Ward No. 1 and 8. 4.

Additional Kailali River Bridge: - Location: Ward No. 13 Kailali village, near Nast College, behind Saathi Hotel, connecting Ward No. 1 and 2. 5. Saikendra to Taranagar Road Bridge: - Location: On the road from Saikendra to Taranagar.

The completion of these bridges is expected to significantly improve transportation efficiency and safety, fostering economic development and better access to essential services for residents. The remaining bridges are anticipated to be completed in the near future, further enhancing the region's infrastructure.
