Republic Day celebration in the country

The 12th Republic Day is being celebrated on the occasion of the declaration of Federal Democratic Republic Nepal announced. The first meeting of the Constituent Assembly constituted by the election after the movement of 2062- 063 declared Nepal's Federal Democratic Republic on 29th May. This day marks the end of Shah dynasty which was 238 years old.
