Brake Failure Causes Jeep Accident in Bajhang, Injuring Driver

Dhangadhi: A vehicular mishap transpired in Bajhang as a jeep, bearing registration number Sudurpaschim Province 01001 Ch 3965, succumbed to brake failure. The incident unfolded this morning on the unpaved stretch of Kulakatne, situated in Thalara Rural Municipality ward number 9 within the district.

The District Police Office in Bajhang reported that the ill-fated jeep, piloted by 23-year-old Awaz Bohora from Surma Rural Municipality-2, lost control due to brake failure, resulting in a descent of approximately 100 meters off the roadway. Keshav Thapa, a 32-year-old jeep driver, sustained injuries in the accident and was promptly transported to the district hospital for medical attention.
