Unified Socialist's "Samajwadi Jagran Abhiyan 2080" Spreads its Awakening Campaign to the Far West
Dhangadhi: The awakening campaign of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist), known as the "Samajwadi Jagran Abhiyan 2080," has made its way to the far west. This significant movement, which aims to engage and enlighten the public, has found its place in the hearts and minds of the people residing in the Mechi-Mahakali region.
The campaign has unfolded with a series of programs held on Thursdays, which have been distributed across various locations in Kailali and Kanchanpur. The expedition had reached Gujria in Bardia on Wednesday and continued its journey to Kailali on Thursday.
The United Socialist Party has diligently executed the Samajwad Jagran campaign, spanning five different provinces. Commencing from Kakadvitta, this campaign has traversed through the Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, emphasizing the party's policy principles, work direction, and the ideology of socialism to the citizens.
In its commitment to raising awareness among the marginalized sections of society, the campaign addresses various issues, including the nation's political landscape, corruption, the declaration of a state of emergency, and the persistent challenge of poverty. In a remarkable effort to engage directly with the public, the campaign team goes door-to-door, soliciting recommendations on matters related to economic, political, and social security. The overarching goal of this campaign, emphasizing socialism as an alternative to capitalism, is to formulate a revolutionary socialist policy based on the valuable input of the people.
Party leader and former Prime Minister, Jhalnath Khanal, has articulated that a socialist system of governance is essential for eradicating the prevailing class-based exploitation within society. The campaign, which embarked on October 1st, is slated to conclude on October 16th. It stands as a vital initiative, uniting citizens and leaders in the pursuit of a brighter, more equitable future.
