Dhangadhi: In observance of the Gurhi festival, a significant celebration within the Tharu community, a public holiday has been officially declared for tomorrow in Dhangadhi, Kailali.

With the Gurhi festival holding deep cultural and traditional importance, the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City authorities have made the decision to grant a day off to commemorate the occasion. The sub-metropolitan city administration has duly issued a notification, announcing the local public holiday for all government offices and educational institutions falling under its jurisdiction for the forthcoming Monday.
