Dhangadhi: The sale and distribution of smoking and alcoholic beverages has been banned in Gauriganga Municipality-5 of Kailali. The ward office issued a notice on Sunday and said that the sale and distribution of smoking and alcoholic beverages will be banned with effect from 17th September (1st Ashoj).
It is mentioned in the notification that sale and distribution of smoking and alcoholic beverages to children under 18 years of age and pregnant women is prohibited from wholesale and retail grocery stores operating within the ward.
