Fake doctor arrested in Achham

Achham: Achham police have arrested a man who has been showing various temptations by pretending to be a fake doctor. The arrested is Chakra Bahadur B.K, 29, of Mangalsen Municipality-2.

He introduced himself as an MBBS / MS Consultant Neurosurgeon working at TRIV Teaching Hospital and Bir Hospital, Kathmandu. Chief of the District Police Office, Achham, Deputy Superintendent of Police Raviraj Thapaliya said that he has been claiming to be Dr. Deepak V.C.

He said that various receipts deducted from Dr. Deepak V.C's name, bank vouchers and boarding pass of Airlines were found from B.K's possessions. Achham police chief Thapaliya said that B.K had admitted that he was not a real doctor and was lying to be Dr. Deepak V.C to get personal advantage in society. Police said that further investigation is underway.
