Budget allocation for construction of free Haliya houses in Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: Shuklaphatan Municipality has allocated Rs. 5 million for the construction of houses of freed Haliyas. The meeting of the executive committee of the municipality has allocated a budget for the construction of houses for 25 families of Mukta Haliya. A total of 458 free Haliya families who received identity cards in the municipal records have been rehabilitated. The number of freed Haliya families who could not be included in the data released from rehabilitation is 352.
