Darchula: The search for Jaisingh Dhami of Darchula, who went missing while swimming in the Mahakali River on July 30, is underway. Armed Police Force and Nepal Police are searching for Dhami, 33, of Byans Rural Municipality-2. Similarly, the Indian Border Security Force (SSB) is also searching for him on the banks of the Mahakali.

Security personnel have been conducting a search operation from Byans Rural Municipality-2 to Khalanga area of ​​Mahakali municipality. The team that came to investigate Jaisingh's incident also intends to return only after searching for him. The committee has stated that they will search for Jaisingh with a help of a drone camera.

Janardan Gautam, coordinator of the committee and joint secretary at the home ministry, said that the committee would search for Jaisingh on the banks of the Mahakali River after the government directed the committee to search for him. The investigation committee that reached Khalanga on July 30 is still in Darchula. The team, which returned to Nepal last Friday after inspecting the incident site with the victim's family, is busy writing reports and conducting inquiries.
