One dies in a motorcycle accident in Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: A person has died in a motorcycle accident in Kanchanpur district.

Ram Khunna, 73, of Shuklaphanta Municipality-10 was killed when a motorcycle (Se 1 Pa 7461) hit him on Thursday, police said.

According to the State Traffic Police Office, Attaria, the victim died on Thursday night while undergoing treatment at Maya Metro Hospital in Dhangadhi.

According to police, his wife Vishnu Khunna, who was walking with him, was seriously injured and is undergoing treatment at Maya Metro Hospital.

Dhan Bahadur Okheda, 26, of Bedkot Municipality-5 who was riding the motorcycle has been taken under control by the Area Police Office, Jhalari.
