Woman dies during excavation of road in Baitadi

Baitadi: A woman worker has died after being hit by a stone in Baitadi. The deceased has been identified as Kausha Bista aged 40, of Khodpe in Patan Municipality-8.

Krishna Bista, a local, informed that the victim died after being hit by a stone falling from the above while she was extracting rubbles at Kholddekhali of Khodpe-Soukhaya road section.

Kausha, who was critically injured, was taken to Dadeldhura for treatment however she succumbed to her injuries on the way to Dhangadhi for further treatment.
