Rapid diagnostic testing has begun in Bajura. Dayakrishna Pant, head of the Health Office (Bajura) said, "117 people have been put in 9 different quarantines in Bajura. We have started collecting samples of people kept in quarantine for 14 days. The ones tested negative are being sent home with a prescription to stay in home quarantine for a week. If the report comes positive, the patient will be kept in isolation and his/her swab will be sent to Dhangadhi for further examination.” 300 Rapid Diagnostic Test kits were provided in the district. Health workers and policemen will be the next to be examined.
