Two years old chartered from Bajura to Nepalgunj for medical assistance
Two years old Krishnan Pandey was visiting his maternal family when he fell from the roof injuring him severely. He was rushed to the District Hospital Bajura for medical assistance.
However, The District Hospital, Bajura referred the child to be taken to Nepalgunj for treatment as they are not capable of handling such cases due to the lack of equipment and medicines at the hospital.
According to the Chief District Officer Mr. Ganga Prasad Neupane, the injured child was taken to Nepalgunj by a helicopter of the Nepal Army at the initiative of the Government of the Far West and Bajura District Administration Office.
In the past, the aviation services rescue program launched by the far western government has been effective.
